We’re hiring for Offshore CSR.

Work based: Offshore

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Minimum diploma with 10 years or equivalent in an engineering discipline or more than 15 years working experience as Construction Supervisor / CSR in offshore oil and gas facilities and primarily focused in Platform Repair / Shutdown Turnaround.
• Experience in installation of complex piping works in confined space, pulling large structures in restricted areas, heavy lift of mechanical equipment and installation, blasting/painting, leak testing/hydro testing, system completion and final commissioning and startup.
• Experience in Brownfield/Operations/Drilling SIMOPS worksite.
• Experience in managing and supervising HUC/TMM Contractor and construction crew.
• Experience on offshore multidisciplinary construction and structural maintenance practices with specific work experience on Piping / Structures / Risers / Launcher / Receivers / Flowlines / Cranes Structures / Vessel Repairs.
• Ability to produce site survey / MTO / Sketch and verify drawings from piping / construction engineers.
• Knowledge of offshore oil and gas facilities operating procedures and practices. Knowledge of working practices in contracts management, and administration.
• Ability to plan and execute activity planning during shutdowns and without shutdowns.
• Well versed in standard QA/QC specs and international piping and structural codes.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately, high degree of initiative, follows instructions/schedules/timelines and handles multiple priorities.
• Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably CAD.
• Excellent Supervisory, communication and presentation skills including oral and written reporting and organization management.
