- Perform overpressure protection studies for Company's refineries, chemical plants and projects globally.
- Deliver innovative and risk-appropriate solutions for overpressure protection system, including relief device installation and flare.

- Manage infectious disease professional in accordance to Company’s or Ministry of Health guideline.
- Manage ‘medivac’ and ‘casevac’ cases smoothly and communicate with onshore doctor if required.
- Perform administrative support and clerical work for the platform.
- Manage personnel on board (POB) register and keep correct count of personnel in the field at all time.
- Manage hygiene requirements of offshore installations and perform regular hygiene audits.
- Prepare reports and collect / compile data when required.
- Participate in all safety program training conducted on the platform.
The person shall possess the followings: a) Formal certification in 'Medical Assistance' (minimum certificate or diploma) or equivalent qualification and recognized by the government of Malaysia. b) Valid Offshore Safety Passport and Medical approved by PETRONAS Approved Medical Examiner (AME). c) Cumulative of minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a medic at offshore platform. d) Have experience in handling injuries and emergency treatments at hospital prior to offshore work. e) Have an experience in: • operating the various radios, telex and fax machine at an offshore installation. For examples High Frequency (HF), Very High Frequency (VHF), Single Sideband (SSB) radios etc. Preference is for those a 'radio operation' related qualification or formal training. The candidate must possess formal qualification / training and certificate on radio communication and can operate/handle fax, telephone, HF, VHF and SSB radio to meet offshore communication requirements. • Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO) or helicopter landing team member.
Apply good knowledge in medical field. b) Must be well versed in the followings: • Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) preferably have been trained in 'Advanced Life Support". • Administrative support and clerical clinic. • Hygiene requirements of offshore installations and have been involved in regular hygiene audits / inspection. c) He or she must be familiar in the followings: • screening of drug addicts and containment if infections / contagious disease at offshore. • disease prevention programs and occupational health and hygiene. • dispensation/ control of drug and management/ up keeping of the platforms clinic. • offshore safety and environment management system and have been a member of offshore safety committee (preferably with NIOSH Safety Officer Certificate or equivalent). • Familiar with the screening and containment of infectious /contagious disease. d) Able to demonstrate personal drive, initiative and self-motivated combined with the right result for the team. e) Able to perform work with a high degree of initiative and perform work under pressure.

- Operate hydraulic and electro-hydraulic cranes of capacity up to 30MT for material/cargo and and personnel lift safely.
- Perform the first line maintenance, daily inspections and general up keeping of the cranes. the cranes.
- Supervise deck crew on slinging, rigging, lifting operations, scaffolding work, general/menial work and liaise with banksman in interpreting hand and verbal signal.
- Maintain the crane logs and keeping track of critical component such as wire ropes limit switches, load indicator etc.
- Administer and coordinate all materials/ spare parts/ consumables and the store on platform (Responsible to verify and approve order delivered from Miri).
- Support production and maintenance section as required.
- Check firefighting appliances provided on the crane prior to lifting execution job.
Qualification
The person shall possess the following:-
Possess minimum of a Professional Certificate or technical certificate and a crane operations qualification/training (for crane up to 30MT) from a recognize body or equivalent qualification in related field. b) Cumulative of minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Oil and Gas. c) Valid Offshore Safety Passport and Medical approved by PETRONAS Approved Medical Examiner (AME). Knowledgeable on the working of the crane. e) Satisfactory completion of a recognized slinging & rigging course.
Must be competent to operate hydraulic and electro-hydraulic cranes of capacity up to 30MT for material/cargo and personnel lift. b) Must thoroughly understand the load chart, hand signals and safety requirements of offshore crane operations. c) Must be well versed in the correct and proper usage/ maintenance of lifting tools such as slings, shackles, spread bars, hooks and etc. d) Must have reasonable command of spoken and written of English. e) Able to handle some high stress situations such as but not limited to operating the crane while making critical lift i.e. transferring personnel, making heavy and non-routine lifts. f) Must be fit to participate in physical activities such as but not limited to leading rescue and firefighting activities in the event of a helicopter crash emergency on the platform as HLO, physically fit to lift or carry small load up to 10kg.

- Experienced with interfacing with offshore operations team to drive risk management on wells with defective barriers, coordinate/support. remediation work on wells with integrity issues, and interface with well intervention team on plans to remediate wells with integrity issues.
- Knowledge and experience with well intervention (slickline, pumping, pipeline, rig workovers).
