Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessment is an assessment to address quality of indoor air quality in a building also to provide solution wherever necessary. Indoor air quality describes how inside air can affect a person's health, comfort, and ability to work. It can include but not limited to temperature, humidity, mould, bacteria, poor ventilation, or exposure to other chemicals.
Good indoor air quality safeguards the health of the building occupants and contributes to their comfort and well-being.
Proper investigation and assessment shall be done by professionally trained and competent Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Assessor complying and following to the Industry Code of Practice on Indoor Air Quality 2010 and Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).
