Requirements:-
- Min. Diploma in any Engineering discipline e.g Mechanical, Electrical, Quality, Chemical, Process Engineering.
- Possess valid training certificates and competencies on API 2C/2D by API Bodies.
- Min. 12 years experience related to maintenance, inspection and operation related to offshore pedestal cranes and other lifting equipment such as monorails, job cranes, ganty cranes, etc.
Requirements:-
- Possess min. Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) / or Sijil Vokasional Malaysia (SVM) / Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) / Penilaian Menengah Rendah (PMR) / Sijil Rendah Pelajaran (SRP) / Sijil Tamat Sekolah Menengah / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or equivalent. Higher education certificates are encouraged.
- Possess rigging and slinging certificate.
- Min. 2 years working experience as a Crane Technician in offshore pedestal and jib crane maintenance within past 10 years (2011-2020).
Requirements:
- Min. SPM / SVM / STPM / PMR / SRP / STPM / SKM or equivalent. Higher education certificates are encouraged.
- Possess rigging and slinging certificate.
- Attended any trainings for mechanical / electrical component related to offshore pedestal & jib crane from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), or their appointed agents, or any certified training centre e.g wire rope, hydraulic pumps and motors, diesel engine, safe load indicator and etc. The training included are but not limited to On-the-job training, classromm & practical session or online classes.
- Min. 5 years working experience as a Crane Technician in offshore pedestal and jib crane maintenance within past 10 years (2011-2020).
Requirements:-
- Min. PMR / SRP / SVM/STPM / SKM or equivalent. Higher education certificates are encouraged.
- Possess Level 2 Offshore Pedestal Crane Certification Training by OPITO or API-U Training Institute or by known training institute.
- Possess Rigging and Slinging Certificate.
- Min. 3 years of experience in operating offshore pedestal crane.
Requirements:-
- The jobholder should hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or
- For Degree holder minimum of 10 years, for Diploma holder minimum of 15 years working experience as Construction Supervisor in oil and gas facilities, offshore, includes all construction phases in managing and supervising hookup Contractor and construction
- Experience in installation of complex piping works in confined space, pulling large structures in restricted areas, heavy lift of mechanical equipment and installation, blasting/painting, leak testing/hydro testing, system completion and final commissioning and
- Must have experience in rigging and lifting activities in brownfield and SIMOPS
- Preferred candidate with skills and experience in approving scaffolding.
- Have thorough knowledge of fabrication and construction work on pilings, structures, risers, launchers/receiver, gas lift system, dehydration unit, platform crane, vessels repair work etc.
- Preferably had some exposure to the materials / logistics functions.
- Has details knowledge on offshore multidisciplinary construction and structural maintenance practices.
- Has working knowledge of offshore oil and gas facilities operating procedures and practices. An awareness of working practices in contracts management, and administration.
- Ability to undertake activity planning during shutdowns and without shutdowns.
- Well versed in standard QA/QC specs and codes.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritize and organize.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, high degree of initiative, follows instructions/schedules/timelines and handles multiple priorities.
- Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite, and preferably CAD.
- Excellent supervisory, communication and presentation skills including oral and written reporting and organization management.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or Commercial, quantity surveying or cost engineering preferably membership of a Professional Body.
- Cost Engineer/Cost Controller minimum 8 years of working experience in the oil and gas industry particularly, in key Cost Engineering roles, throughout all project phases from Appraise to Execute.
- For general cost controller, minimum 6 years working experience as cost controller in Oil & Gas upstream Operations or minimum 10 years of combined experience in Finance & Accountancy, Quantity Surveyor and Cost control type background in Oil & Gas upstream Operations.
- Experience in managing and administrating capital budgets and expenditures for offshore oil and gas capital development projects, inclusive of monitoring and forecasting progress and performance of multiple major contractors.
- Experience in preparation of annual budget, WP&B, internal budget reforecast, generation of AFE and ABR, handling of queries from JV Partners, PETRONAS and Auditors.
- Experience in managing and administration the computerized cost management system, e.g., PCIS, and good understanding of Finance system, account and project coding system.
- Ability to keep track of project expenditures, preparation of Purchase Requisitions, and recording of all project transactions into the PCIS system. Understanding the cost estimation and CAPEX phasing.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 year experience with diploma or equivalent in an engineering discipline or 10 years relevant industry experience in oil and gas, most of it should be associated with offshore operations and primarily focused in well completion, well remedial and well stimulation.
- Should be familiar with all aspects of completion/workover equipment and installation procedures including supervision of personnel and equipment involved in the above.
- An active Well Control certificate (IWCF or equivalent).
- An active BOSET (sea survival/HUET)
- Computing skills are essential and a working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Application and Electronic Mail.
- Preferred to be Malaysian though other nationality will be considered.
- Proficient in spoken and written in English.
- Excellent liaison, communication and networking skills.
- Must be a team player and have good communication skills.
- Must be capable of identifying lessons learned and opportunities to continuously improve performance.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering from a reputable local/overseas university/ higher learning
- At least 3 years working experience in the area of engineering, preferably in the oil and gas Inventory or Materials Management experience is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in System Related Initiatives as a means to continuously improve work Previous experience using AP Materials Management (MM) module under RP2 (Central) and XP8 (Local) platforms. or other ERP system is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, dynamic, flexible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skill in English, good interpersonal skills and a team player. Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

About the Job:-
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Represents the company on a rig site to support the safe and efficient execution of well plans. Is the primary contact for rig and third party personnel to ensure logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for communicating expectations regarding safety, security, health, and environment; provides guidance and supports managing Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) events.
• Responsible for communicating Operations Integrity Management Systems (Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) ) expectations on the rig site.
• Monitors rig operations to provide feedback and input to the rig contractor to ensure well control procedures are properly followed and emergency situations are appropriately managed.
• Responsible for ensuring that safety, operational, environmental, security and other drills are conducted on site at specified frequencies.
• Responsible for ensuring drilling and completion procedures are followed as approved and utilizes management of change processes if changes are required.
• Orders and organizes logistics for services and equipment necessary to conduct drilling and completion operations efficiently.
• Supports onsite surveillance requirements for the operation in areas such as kick detection, abnormal pressure detection, torque & drag, mud properties, and solids control efficiency.
• Responsible for generation of accurate and adequate operations reports.
• Interfaces with engineering and geology to ensure understanding of well objectives and procedural requirements.
• Ensures that rig and third party equipment is adequately and properly maintained.
• Ensure accurate and adequate reports and records are kept regarding operations, equipment, and evaluation
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 10 years’ industry experience in rig supervisory or rig leadership roles for drilling and completion operations.
• Minimum 20 years’ experience working for a major Operator or Drilling Contractor
• Hold current certification for IADC Well Control.

- Extensive experience with Piping requirements and writing of work packages for offshore applications.
- Familiar with all aspect of Safety in Design including HAZOP, HAZID, QRA and Hazard quantification.
- Experience in cost estimation, tendering, and procurement activities of piping components and expediting vendors and contractors.
- Experience in various stages of a facility development from conceptual, FEED, detail engineering, construction, installation & commissioning.
- Knowledge of stress analysis and PDMS is an advantage.
- Ability to supervise and work in team environment.
- Proficient computer skills with modern day PC applications.
