MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results. Senior Financial Analyst might be performing basic financial decisions and financial analysis of high complexity.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepares cost reports including forecasts/outlooks.
• Assists with allocation of funds for projects based on approved budgets and monitors project accounting.
• Validate invoices, expenditures and change requests impacting budgets.
• Identifies and implements improvements to cost management processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Works with moderate work direction and is skilled and knowledgeable to the position.
• Works with internal workers and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis.

• Manage budget, perform analysis of actual expenditures, cost tracking and reporting.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or equivalent.
- Must have experience as SAP consultant.
- More than 10 years' experiences in accounting and Oil and Gas industry.
- 10 years' experiences in accounting / finance / SAP.
- Experience in Financial reporting, data analysis, financial systems, attention to detail.
Main Functions
To be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all Maintenance activities (specific to life saving and safety equipment). Should have good understanding of safety, health, and environmental requirements (SHE), work selection criteria, work planning, norms estimating, procurement practices, business practices and controls, contractor interface awareness, development of job packs, etc. Skilled in scheduling work tasks to ensure efficient resource utilization, excellent coordination between operations (equipment readiness / permitting), material availability, construction equipment support, and labor crew (skills) composition and assignment.
Typical Job Positions may include: Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, Maintenance Lead, Planner/Scheduler.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Demonstrates SAFETY is the top priority
- Participates in planning with Core/Work Teams
- Plans and schedules any Routine Maintenance work required
- Works with Planner in developing schedule, cost estimates and equipment planning for Routine work to be accomplished during the Turnaround window
- Able to plan complex job and develop resource plan with Scheduler, Execution lead, and Operations across all disciplines. Able to identify and monitor critical and sub-critical paths for major events.
- Able to apply advanced functions of Planning & Estimating Tools, as applicable to the position. Able to educate field execution personnel on look-ahead schedules, and help ensure timely work progression.
- Able to provide input to maintenance work Contracting/Procurement strategy and steward to that plan.
- Able to resolve scheduling issues, including: Negative Float, Out-of-sequence updates, resource overloads, scope change, progress validation, etc.
- Able to develop a complete job plan with materials, resources and timeline.
- Able to provide input into material of construction selection and management.
- Able to plan, estimate, track and schedule Field Order Changes (FCO's).
- Able to apply planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones.
- Able to adequately assess work contingencies with schedule impact, lead coordination activity between teams should contingencies arise.
- Able to independently participate and visit to vendor's workshop to facilitate recertification process, repair and failure analysis.
- Able to adequately analyze trends from Field Order Changes (FCO's) and recommend way forward to improve execution plans.
- 10 years’ experience in planning & scheduling
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering within an applicable discipline, appropriate certification(s) within discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly and concisely convey recommendations to management
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and frequent changes in priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs
- Proficient in selected scheduling and planning software
- Demonstrates good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates.

- Minimum Twelve (12) years of Oil and Gas Industry experience with at least Eight (8) years of practical well delivery optimization experience, and minimum Five (5) years of experience in using
- Engineer’s Data Model (COMPASS, WELLPLAN, OpenWells) suites or equivalent that provide comprehensive set of engineering tools for analysis, well planning, modelling, and well operations, optimization;
- Attended Extended Reach Drilling (ERD), Stuck Pipe Prevention, Well Control and other Well Operation and Intervention courses;
- Competent with Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) analysis, torque and drag, well planning, whirl, hydraulics modelling and management and well bore integrity;
- Experience in supporting drilling operations and provide intervention for early warning on any anticipated down hole problems;
- Extensive knowledge of drilling optimization, FEWD response plot, evaluate FEWD and mud logging data;
- Good knowledge of well control techniques, e.g. warnings sign, kick detection, hole cleaning and etc; and
- Knowledge in Surface Data Logging (SDL), Logging While Drilling (LWD), Pore pressure determination, log interpretation, sensor theory, and proficiency in all software applications used in the field.
- Able of identifying workflow enhancement opportunities, data visualization solutions and develop simple tools for these purposes in Excel, MS Power Platform or Python; and
- Have excellent command of English language in both speaking and writing
- Must have minimum Bachelor Degree in the Engineering, Geology, Petroleum or Science discipline;
- Minimum Fifteen (15) years of Oil and Gas Industry experience and have extensive knowledge in drilling operations, Formation Evaluation while Drilling (FEWD) response, wellbore stability and performance;
- Minimum Eight (8) years of experience in using Engineer’s Data Model (COMPASS, WELLPLAN, OpenWells) suites or equivalent that provide comprehensive set of engineering tools for analysis, well planning, modelling, and well operations optimization;
- Attended Extended Reach Drilling (ERD), Stuck Pipe Prevention, Well Control and other Well Operation and Intervention courses;
- An expert in RTO technologies, and client business and operational processes within a System;
- Demonstrates expert knowledge of system specific technical computing environments including database, network, operating systems, data management, architectures and hardware;
- Demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of all call management support and service level guidelines, so as to provide recommendations on improvement. Provides coaching to Customer/contractor staff analysts on processes;
- Able to contribute to Best Practices in project delivery and set project objectives and priorities, as well as set milestones;
- Has developed project management skills and is capable of leading project teams of up to 20 people;
- Able to contribute to performance by challenging rigs on different approaches to operations to improve performance;
- Able to identify workflow enhancement opportunities, data visualization solutions and develop tools for these purposes in MS Power Platform or Python. Additionally, for more complex digital analytics projects, leading software development or data science teams for such outcomes;
- Able to explore and test data for insights with data science techniques with skills in MS Power Platform and Python and work with data scientists on more complex machine learning or AI solutions; and

Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project's goals, objectives, and procedures. Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other Company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues. In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:-- Responsible for the stewardship and completion of technical and business evaluations to address obsolescence issues and reliability improvements of EMEPMI turbomachinery equipment control systems – Turbine Control Panel (TCP), package Fire and Gas and Anti Surge Control systems.
- Responsible for the stewardship and completion of retrofit projects from conceptual studies, engineering, procurement, hook and commissioning and start up.
- Lead and coordinate the development of the necessary project deliverables (project objective, scope, schedule, cost estimates, project execution plans, etc.), secure stake holder approvals and lead the overall project coordination within EMEPMI Asset and contractors’ project team.
- Coordinate periodic obsolescence reviews with turbomachinery OEMs and steward obsolescence management strategies. Serve as a conduit for Machinery Technical Team to engage and escalate issues to turbomachinery OEMs.
- Ensure contractor’s work follows accepted practices, conforms to EMEPMI specifications, meet the expected quality and the overall project objectives.
- Participate in the installation of the new machinery control systems, including witnessing key installation steps, participate in the hook up and commissioning activities offshore.
- Develop maintenance and repair strategy for the existing obsolete and new control systems.
- Coordination and communication of various issues among the company's and contractor's engineering team that affect the discipline engineering design, safety, and regulatory compliance of the work.
- Evaluate / comment work performed by the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements. Includes review of discipline design drawings and documents.
- Steward discipline engineering queries from the Contractor and sub-contractors as well as technical information requests.
- Keep Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager informed of discipline engineering progress, deviations, and execution concerns.
- Participate in discipline engineering reviews at Contractor's and subcontractor's locations
- Drives and promotes capital efficiency in engineering design.
- Support internal engineering general interest or Global Practice initiatives as requested by Supervisor
- Analyze maintenance records to determine instrument failure rates, availability / reliability calculations, bad actor / failure modes identification, and program effectiveness / cost analysis.
- Develop and execute process control surveillance programs.
- More than 10 years' experiences in DCS, SDS, Turbo Machinery Control Systems, Fire and Gas are preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience.
