MAIN FUNCTIONS

  • Evaluate and comment on discipline engineering work performed both internally and by Contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that work is being executed in accordance with project specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitates effective execution of discipline engineering and design routines that align with the project’s goals, objectives, and procedures.
  • Assures accurate and timely communication among the Project Team and other Company functions on discipline engineering activities, progress, and issues.
  • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze maintenance records to determine compliance, acceptance per required standards (PETRONAS, corporate and regulatory requirement).
  • Develop and execute assessment, evaluation and reporting requirements (to internal and external).
  • Collect, trend data, prepare summary packs and produce insights and analysis to support compliance to requirements.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • More than 7 years in Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities (operations, topside maintenance, and/or regulatory and process safety)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related engineering specialty, or equivalent professional experience
  • Task & responsibilities
  • Experience in Offshore Self Regulation (OSR) which covers Offshore Self Regulation Management System (OSRMS), Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS), Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health Safety Environment Management System (HSEMS).
  • Experience in Asset Life Extension Study (ALES)
  • Experience in evaluating work executed in accordance with PETRONAS guideline, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assures accurate and timely communication to support team, asset and management
  • In addition to technical ability, they should demonstrate sound communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
