About the Job:-
Roles & Responsibilities
- Undertake the admin duties & perform necessary documentation for Company’s
Business. - Screen & vet dealership application to shortlist and schedule for interview & evaluation.
- Handle & process the appointment/termination & management of dealership and performance monitoring.
- Preparation & coordination of Agreement for execution, and arrange copy for safe keeping and RMS.
- Ensure timely preparation, completion of payments and renewal of licenses & permits.
- Create, cut PR & Good Receipts of Company’s related inventories.
- Maintain & update a proper, reliable & auditable record of files, correspondence, reports & all transactions.
- Coordinate arrangement, assist in organizing meetings, functions & events.
- Other administrative tasks as & when assigned.
