About the job:-

Role & Responsibility

General Contract Management for on-going EPC contracts and the Contract Manager will be assigned based on operation plan of Offshore Contract Administration Department which has;

Total 7 on-going offshore EPC projects (3 projects are under engineering and fabrication and 4 projects are under warranty period).

Total 7 on-going onshore power/chemical plant EPC projects in middle east area (2 projects are under commissioning and 5 projects are under warranty period).

Review the project documents and prepare claim documents.

Communication and coordination with site and project managers.

Liaising with headquarter and site technical and project management staff and sub-contractors.

Liaising with legal representative to manage and follow up lawsuit or arbitration related with EPC contract.

Qualification

Over 10 years experienced in EPC contracts for upstream sector and/or downstream sector, especially middle-east power plant or chemical plant projects of which 5 years must be a Contract Manager position.

An understanding of the construction industry at fabrication yard and construction site, and legal documentation.

Good verbal, writing communication skills in English.
