About the Job:-

Job Scope:-

To perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department.

Roles / Responsibilities

To assist in the following:-

  • Recruitment & Hiring
  • Training & Development
  • HR Policies & Procedures
  • Employee Database Management & Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Employee Liaison
  • Administrative Support (assist with planning and execution of HR Projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) or special events such as benefits engagement, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations.
  • Payroll and Benefits (May assist with payroll functions e.g payroll preparation by providing relevant data absences, bonus, leaves, etc), answering employee payroll questions, resolution of pay errors.
