• Degree in Engineering science or related field with ten (10) years of experience in performing HSSE E-Learning Consultancy works in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Has developed, reviewed and oversight more than ten (10) key E-Learning modules for both locally or internationally in the Oil & Gas Industry (Applicant to indicate the list of modules).
