• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Min. of 10 years of experience in a Contracts Management role within the oil & gas industry, specifically in the exploration phase negotiating pre-drilling contracts management.
• Proven expertise in managing contracting strategies and negotiating complex contracts.
• Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working in a multinational oil and gas company.
