Job Opportunity – SSHE Coordinator (Industrial Hygiene Technician)

About the Job:

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver IH services to business line operations:
• Performs industrial hygiene activities including but not limited to:
a. Conduct health risk assessments for all offshore platforms and prepare/present reports.
b. Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring.
c. Collect, analyze and report IH data and input them into database.
d. Conduct health inspections and site verification.
e. Maintain, calibrate and upkeep IH equipment and consumable.
f. Maintain IH records/reports per record management guidelines/regulatory requirement.
g. Update and maintain SDS in SDS repository.
• Provides IH support / oversee IH programs and practices.
• Stewards progress of support and project plans; develop periodic highlights
• Participates in IH network meetings, teleconferences and activities.
• Provides technical / functional guidance to business line.
• Participates in the development and local implementation of site specific and global health hazard control programs.

Candidate with following valid competencies with DOSH will be an added advantage:
1. Hygiene Technician 1
2. Chemical Health Risk Assessor
3. Noise Risk Assessor
4. IAQ Assessor
5. Hygiene Technician 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• High School or College level education or equivalent preferred.

• More than 3 years experiences in industrial hygiene-related positions
