We are looking for Sales Manager (Mechanical & Electrical Business Unit).

Work Location: Kuala Lumpur.

REQUIREMENTS:-

– Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

– At least 5 years of working experience in managerial level in the related field.

– Strong management skill and able to drive revenue and growth of the organization.

– Self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently with strong sales drive.

– Fast learner, good interpersonal and presentation skills.

– Good leadership skills and with the ability to be a team leader.

– Excellent in customer relationship management.

Primary Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and cultivate business opportunities for Company’s principal products & services, establish new opportunities in addition to current principal products and venture into new/potential scope of services, manage the business development pipeline in accordance with our business plan.

Sales Strategy Development and Analysis: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Oil & Gas Industry. Conduct relevant research to identify new opportunities, trends and competitor activities. Utilize such data to develop appropriate business strategies and work with higher management and/or other peers (if any) for strategy development and planning execution. Provide relevant professional advisory support to higher management as and when necessary.

Client Relationship Management: Develop business network, build rapport and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance, professional growth and continual improvement. On top of meeting regular individuals’ sales targets, to guide and drive team members in respect of sales plan in order to achieve group/team sales targets set by the Company annually.

Project Management/Supervision: Provide project management leadership, advice and guidance to project team members, project supervision and management of project performance & budget with an aim to achieve successful delivery of project deliverables within deadlines.

Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Collaborate with internal teams such as operation, proposal and technical teams in order to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment with customer requirements.

Budget Management: Effective management of sales and marketing budgets, efficiently allocate appropriate resources to maximize ROI and strengthen the achievement of business objectives.

Reporting and Performance Management: Meeting with COO & relevant team members on a regular basis for the update of any potential business opportunities, project/sales plan details and status, ideas on identified areas for improvement, report on sales performance metrics, including individual and the team’s sales targets and achievements. This shall include but not limited to the setting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to subordinates and conduct performance review/appraisal on a fixed interval.
