Job Descriptions

• Responsible in monitoring and analysis of production and operational aspects of Partner Operated Assets.
• Responsible in providing relevant performance and production input to obligitory  and regulatory reporting.
• Responsible for all operational and production issues, including project related activities that impact operations and production.
• Support achievement of production goals through the management of downtime and operating efficiency.
• Track costs of Partner Operated Assets.
• Influence the operators’ management of lifting costs.
• Share accountability for building annual LRP for Malaysia BU.
• Develop a strong working relationship

• High safety, environmental and ethics standards.
• Demonstrated multi-discipline team collaboration.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills and the ability to draw and support conclusions.
• Fundamental understanding and experience with economic analysis.
• Good understanding of oil and gas E&P contracts
• Organisation and planning skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong team player, a high level of self-motivation.
• Teamwork and influence skills to work effectively
• Sensitivity toward living and working in a multi-cultural environment.
• Track record of delivering on goals.

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field, with experience in operations and projects
• At least 10 years  industry experience working for an oil and gas company
