Job Description

  • Short Term Production Forecast Readiness for reserves changes
    • Ensure model updates (technical input) from Asset/WRM – 2P vol + Actual until Jun 2021
    • Ensure model updates for P1 and external lo/mid/hi
  •   Internal Budget and Plan
    • Prepare production profiles according to the assumptions from management.
    • Reserve migration per agreed production profile.
    • SSD cost input as per 2022 WPB (external).
  •  Internal Reserves and D&M Reserves Audit
    • Engage asset teams to capture the changes on reserves / resources for Year End 2021
    • Finalize the input/assumptions for the Reserves
    • Establish production profile by category (P1a, P1b, P1, 2P, 5P, 6P)
    • Calculate the reserves/Resources for producing asset and non-producing (by field and reservoir)
    • Production profile for economic runs
    • Mandatory template by GR
    • Pre-Audit engagement with GR
    • Pre – Audit data into Petrolook.
    • Pre-Read material to D&M.
    • Close out Post audit action item and resolution.
    • Finalize Production Profile post Audit.
    • Petrolook Upload – post audit.
    • FAS69 – preparation (threshold 1000 bbl net ).
    • RCTD completion – Review by Asset manager, GR.
    • Prepare for E&Y Audit in early Jan.
  • 1.2022 Annual Reporting Petroleum Resources (ARPR)
    • Finalize the assumptions to be used for ARPR including the P10/P50/P90. Liaise with facility/drilling/cost focal to ensure development scenario consistency.
    • Ensure asset readiness for all ARPR submissions including changes, classification, justification, post review action item follow up.
  • Preparation for YE materials including subsurface input, OPEX and CAPEX; to complete all necessary standard templates from PRG.
  • Action Item – follow up, finalized the MOM and close out.
  • Part 1 Submission – complete and submit all mandatory template into GDC. QC the output in GDC.
  • Part 2 Submission: Engage asset team on the data by reservoir. Complete the mandatory template and QC the VA.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 25 years’ experience in oil & gas industry including minimum 15 years in reserves assessment.
  • Experience in Reserves analysis based on volumetric, decline curve analysis, material balance and reservoir simulation.
  • Experience Petrolook, Petronas GDC, Petroleum Expert software user.
  • Academic qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
