WELLWORK SUPERVISOR / Rig Supervisor Level 2

Job Describtion

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Represents the company on a intervention / rig site to support the safe and efficient execution of well plans. Is the primary contact for wellwork unit / rig and third party personnel to ensure logistics for personnel, equipment and services are appropriately organized and managed.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage daily wellwork / workover activities on manned, satellite, unmanned and SFD platforms (as DPIC)

·         Oversees wellwork / workover / rig activities for a safe execution and in priority order of business needs

·         Preplans / organizes and manage SIMOPS wellwork / workover activity under continuous simultaneous operations

·         Makes recommendations to improve well procedures to eliminate well control incident and maximize efficiency

·         Execute contingency plans onsite to secure wells under adverse or emergency conditions e.g. fire alarm, bad weather and etc.

·         Supervise contractors to ensure EMEPMI practices and procedures are followed, proving for a safe and efficient work area.

·         Able to direct crew to accomplish task set forth in approved wellwork programs

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

·         Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in wellwork/rig supervisory or leadership role in intervention / workover / well programs

·         More than 10 years working experience in the oil & gas industry

·         Hold current certification for Well Control
