Instruments Services – Oil in Water Monitor

Oil in water content is one of the most crucial environmental issues in the Oil and Gas industry. The oil in water discharge needs to be managed and potentially harmful upsets need to be prevented with the most reliable detection ensuring you meet your environmental goals. EP Engineering Sdn Bhd is able to provide trained personnel who are very experienced in oil in water analyses with more than 5 years of experience in various fields in Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia.

We are able to provide on-site analyses and even off-site. Actual preserved water samples can be sent to our office in Kuala Lumpur to be analyzed for the oil in water content. Results can be obtained immediately (depending on the number of samples sent) after the samples has reached our office.

Oil in water instruments can also be sent to our office for calibration or re-calibration. Calibration report will be provided after each service with the best usage recommendations.

Apart from that, we can provide consultancy in oil in water monitoring, and even work together with clients in optimizing the oil separation system or chemical injection. We can pin point to the exact point where if there’s any oil separator is not working efficiently and need to be serviced.

Trainings, seminars, or classes can also be arranged upon request. Actual demonstration will be conducted for a more interactive approach.
