Job Description MAIN FUNCTIONS Provides analytical support in order to deliver financial results. Works with internal workers and external vendors to resolve issues and provide ad-hoc financial analysis. Prepares cost reports including forecasts/outlooks. • Assist in defining project scope and objectives by engaging all relevant stakeholders and SME on technical feasibility study
• Develop project plan and manage changes to scope, schedule and cost upon endorsement by stakeholders
• Coordinate internal resources and contractor for smooth execution and manage project risk including contingency plan
• Review procedure, inspections plan, Gantt chart and other project documents and leverage to SME and field team for endorsement
• Engage contractor and management team to steward activity progress in compliance with safety and WMS requirement
• Drives contractor performance and effectiveness to ensure schedule compliance
